Industrial Supplies
A thermal transfer ribbon is a cheap consumable; the wrong one means a worn printhead, a faded barcode and a stopped line. We do not send price lists — we ask about your printer and your label first.
Product families
The economical choice on coated and vellum paper labels. Standard for warehouse, shipping and shelf barcodes.
Mid-range durability where abrasion and light moisture resistance matter in production and logistics labelling.
For synthetic labels such as PP, PE and PET, and for applications facing chemical contact or high durability demands.
Plain coated and vellum labels, shipped in the same order and the same consignment as the ribbon.
Compatibility
Whether it is flat-head or near-edge directly determines which ribbon type can be used.
Ribbon width, length and core inner diameter follow from the printer and the label width.
Ink-side out or in? The wrong wind means a ribbon that will not load, or will not print.
Coated, vellum, PP, PE or PET. The ribbon is chosen to suit the surface, not the other way round.
We need to know your consumption rhythm to plan steady resupply rather than one-off orders.
Quotation
Send the following in a single email and we will come back with a written, dated quotation. Where information is missing we ask rather than assume.
If you do not know the size, that is fine: give us the printer model and the label width and we will work the size out.
Scope
We keep the scope deliberately narrow. We do not sell printer hardware, we do not provide printer service, and we do not produce custom-printed labels. RFID, pharmaceutical serialisation and direct food-contact labels are also outside our scope. We cannot help you there — but we can be precise on fit and steady supply.
